Established in 2021, Monochrome Homes aspire to be known for its high-end styling, distinctive image, and bespoke customer service.

We work on a philosophy where ethics and customer care are ranked above all else. That means that ‘you’ our client is priority. Our business is directly dependent on producing successful results. Ultimately, we would like to provide a service worthy enough for you to tell others.

“In 2015 I was offered an opportunity to join a leading agency as a trainee negotiator. Aged 18 years old and recently coming from a luxury retail background it didn’t take me long to find my feet in the industry. 5 years and 101 stories later here I am.

I call it a passion and one of which helped me build a foundation for myself. I progressed through the ranks of your more corporate and independent agencies. I have built up a wealth of knowledge and as they say knowledge is power… we all know what we can achieve with a little power. 

I guess I just get a kick out of helping people move home, I enjoy putting a smile on people’s faces, this is most likely to happen when my vendors accept an incredible offer for their beloved home or when my buyers hear the news that their incredible offer was accepted. The biggest ones come when I hand over the keys to their beautiful new home. 

This is a challenging industry and one that is never easy, nothing ever comes easy though does it… ultimately it’s a ‘people’s business’ and I like to see myself as a people’s person.

Complaints Procedure

We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. If things go wrong we need you to tell us about them. This will help us to improve our service going forward and resolve issues as soon as possible.
If you have a complaint, please put this in writing (letter or email) to us. We will then acknowledge and respond in line with the timescales and stages set out below.

Your Complaint

Please put your complaint in writing either by letter or email and address it to hello@monochromehomes.co.uk (including role). Please include as much detail as possible, including dates, names of any members of staff you dealt with, and where you are able to enclosing/attaching any supporting evidence.

Our Acknowledgement

Your complaint will be acknowledged and we will start our in house complaints process. Timescale
Within 3 working days of receiving your complaint

Our Investigation

Your complaint will be investigated and (relevant member of staff if applicable) will provide a formal written response addressing your specific complaints and proposing resolutions where appropriate. Timescale
Within 15 working days of receiving your complaint.

Final Viewpoint

If you remain dissatisfied, you should contact us again and we will conduct a separate review to take place by (relevant member of staff if applicable). This will outline our final viewpoint on the matter. Timescale
Within 15 working days of receiving your request for a further review.

The Property Ombudsman

If our final viewpoint letter does not resolve matters (or more than 8 weeks has elapsed since the complaint was first made) you can request an independent review from The Property Ombudsman without charge. The Property Ombudsman Milford House
